What's included
A paper service built around your grades and volume
Most customers start with a call or a quote request. We ask what grades you produce, roughly how much per week or month, how it's stored, and what access the site has for our vehicles — then we agree whether a scheduled collection or ad-hoc calls suit you better, and which containers to place.
Scheduled & ad-hoc collections
We run both scheduled and ad-hoc collections. Paper is stored until there's enough for an economical collection: lower-volume sites are consolidated with other collections in the same area, higher-volume sites get a dedicated vehicle on a fixed day or on call-off.
Every grade of paper
Newspapers, magazines, office paper, printers' waste, envelopes, packaging-grade solid board, scanboard, folding box board and securely shredded documents. Material can travel to us loose or baled.
Containers for loose paper
1100-litre wheelie bins (also 500, 660 or 770 litres by special order), stackable dolavs, stillages and flat-pack pallet boxes. For higher-volume producers, open-top roll-on/off containers or a compaction container matched to a compactor on site.
Deliver direct to Erith
We're just as happy receiving material delivered direct to our Erith depot, and where it suits a customer better we can bulk, handle and load materials to order. Access is tight for artics, so call ahead and we'll have space clear to unload.
What happens to it
Baled paper is collected as part or full loads and brought back to our Erith depot, where it's checked, graded and prepared for onward sale to UK and export paper mills.
Flexible as volumes change
Collections are booked around your volume, so you're not paying for half-empty vehicles or running out of container space between visits. As your volumes change, we adjust the schedule or the container size.

What to expect
We aim to reply to quote requests the same working day. Collections are booked around your volume so you're not paying for half-empty vehicles or running out of container space between visits, and we adjust the schedule or container size as your volumes change. Good-quality, well-segregated paper is worth more, so where material has value we pay a rebate for it; heavily mixed or contaminated loads are worth less and can attract a charge. Every collection runs under our Waste Carrier Licence with the correct transfer documentation.
FAQ
Common questions
What if I only produce a small volume?
That's fine — we collect from single offices as well as large plants. Low-volume sites go on an ad-hoc basis or onto an existing local round, so a part-full wheelie bin still gets emptied without an expensive dedicated visit. You can also deliver direct to Erith.
Do I need to bale my paper?
No. Material can come to us loose or baled. If you generate enough to justify baling, we can advise on buying, renting or leasing an electro-hydraulic baling press through one of our partners.
Can you handle confidential paper?
Yes — we accept securely shredded documents, and shredding has been part of our operation for years. Shredded material is dusty and bulky, so for regular volumes an air extraction system or compactor makes it much easier to manage.
What can't you take?
We don't collect or receive hazardous waste or liquid waste under any circumstances. Paper heavily contaminated with food, plastic laminate or waxed coatings may need to go into general waste instead — tell us what you've got and we'll advise.
