What's included
Covered on-site storage for baled waste
Stand trailers give clients on-site storage for baled and palletised waste paper, cardboard, plastics or metals. They're curtain-sided, 40-foot articulated trailers, and can only be sited where a location has good access for articulated vehicles.

Holding baled or palletised material — paper, cardboard, plastics or metals — under cover until there's a full trailer load to collect.
Curtain-sided, 40 foot
A full-size 40-foot articulated trailer with curtain sides, so a forklift can load from either side rather than only from the back.
Fills at your pace
The trailer sits on site and is loaded as bales come off your press. When it's full, it's collected and an empty one can take its place.
Needs artic access
Because it's a full articulated trailer, the site needs room for a tractor unit to drop and collect it. We'll check access before anything is arranged.
Works with a baling press
Stand trailers pair naturally with a baling press: the press makes the bales, the trailer stores them, and a full load goes to our Erith depot in one movement.
Who it suits
Printers, packaging manufacturers, distribution centres and large retailers baling cardboard, paper or film in enough volume to fill a trailer between collections.

Trailer delivered
An empty trailer is dropped in position for loading.
Full for empty
When the trailer's full it's collected and taken to our Erith depot, and an empty one left in its place.
What to expect
We aim to reply to equipment enquiries the same working day. A stand trailer makes sense where a site bales enough cardboard, paper or film to fill a 40-foot trailer between collections, and has the yard space and access for an articulated vehicle. If access is tight, open-top containers or a compaction container are usually the better fit.

Common questions
How much access do I need?
Enough room for an articulated tractor unit to drop and collect a 40-foot trailer, and firm ground for it to stand on. If a site can't take an artic, a stand trailer isn't the right option and we'll suggest an alternative.
What can I store in it?
Baled or palletised paper, cardboard, plastics or metals. It's covered storage, so material stays dry until collection.
Do I need a baling press too?
Usually — a stand trailer is designed to hold baled and palletised material. If you're not baling yet, we can advise on a press.
How often is it collected?
When it's full, or on a schedule if your fill rate is predictable. A full trailer goes to our Erith depot in a single movement.
